Western PA ADAPT
Western PA ADAPT is a grass-roots community that works to assure the civil and human rights of people with disabilities to live in freedom in Pennsylvania. Western PA ADAPT fights so people with disabilities can live in the community with real supports instead of being locked away in nursing homes and other institutions.
Western PA ADAPT is an activist organization. This means we passionately give our time and energy to bring about change in society. We work tirelessly to continue the Olympian task of improving access for all people and redirecting our long term care funding bias from institutions to community-based services.
