Our team at DON (Disability Options Network) and our community partners had a vision to revitalize the Lower East Side of New Castle.

A large part of this project is the new homes being built in the Court Street area. These homes are costing between $120,000 to $140,000 to build but with the help of a grant from Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, will be sold for between $40,000 and $50,000.

These homes have two to three bedrooms, based on family size, and are universally designed and energy efficient with attached garages!

We are looking for buyers for these homes.
