The Certified Medical Assistant works to uphold excellent consumer services standards by managing resources and providing hands-on support and training for Independent Living Coordinators. All activities must reflect the independent living philosophy.
Administer tuberculosis screening and read and interpret results. Work with compliance team to conduct quarterly audits and EIM reports. Must pass the state certification program to be an Office of Developmental Programs Incident Management Certified Investigator. Assist agency staff members through training, education and direction on compliance documentation as directed by the COO. Assists with training new employees on agency policies, department procedures and program regulations.
