In-home, non medical care. DON attendants (caregivers) provide customized task assistance that help an individual to remain independent in their home or community setting.

Flexible Schedule

DON Services works with consumers to tailor a schedule that suits the consumer’s wants and needs and can be adjusted to fit ever demanding schedule changes (such as medical appointments, social events, family needs, etc.)

Types of Care

Our caregivers provide hands on assistance that focus on helping seniors and individuals with disabilities with their daily activities of living which may include: light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, medication reminders, dressing, hair care, bathing, and assisting with eating or drinking, toileting, incontinence care and ambulation.

Respite

Temporary support for relief of those who normally provide services.

Transition Services

DON Services Independent Living Coordinators will assist individuals with disabilities in transitioning from one stage of life to another. This service covers all transitions, whether it be from a nursing home or other institution back to the community or transitioning from living with your family to living independently.
